type your name or NDCA Number and submit. If your name appears in the results, click on it to select yourself.
If it doesn't, please proceed to https://ndca.org to resolve.

Choose this option if you are a dance student or teacher affiliated with a school, a dance studio, a team or an organization.
Independent or Unaffiliated
Choose this option if you are a fully independent teacher or student unaffiliated with any school or studio, or if you are simply purchasing tickets.
School or Studio Info
Tell us the name of the school, dance studio or dance team you're affiliated with. To find your school in our database,
type all or part of the name and submit. If it appears in the search results, tap or click to select it. If it doesn't,
try broadening your search, or select "Add New" to create a new entry.
