Password Reset Code Sent

If the email address you submitted is connected to an NDCA Member account, an email message has been sent to you with a code to reset your password. Please check your email account now for that message, and enter it below:

Note: If you don't receive the email message within 5 minutes, there are two likely causes:

• The email address you entered is not the one connected to your NDCA account. We recommend logging in to your account on the NDCA Website to verify your address.

• The email was actually sent, but has been blocked by your email provider. This can happen if the software that processes the email interprets the message as junk mail. Typically this is not easy to fix without changing your email address on file with the NDCA, but in such cases we can perform a manual password reset for you. Contact the NDCA.
